Information about the extension of the tenders submission deadline within an OFFER INQUIRY No. 1/2019

We hereby inform about the change of the deadline for submitting offers for a consulting service related to sale of Internet service (SatAgro) in the U.S. market.

The deadline for offer submission extended to the 30/06/2019, to 3:00 p.m. CET.

As a consequence, the date of the service commencement, was also changed and set for 01/07/2019.

SatAgro Sp. z o. o., located in Warsaw, 93 Żwirki i Wigury St., 02-089 Warsaw, NIP (VAT) number PL7010639032), invites to submit an offer for a consulting service related to sale of Internet service (SatAgro) in the U.S. market, including in particular:

  • advice aimed at adapting the service sales contract template and other documents related to the sale of services to the requirements of the target market,
  • consultancy related to obtaining intellectual property protection on the target market, including consultancy on registration of the name and the logo of the SatAgro service,
  • consulting related to the purchase of intangible assets on the target market,
  • advising on the design of leaflets, presentation materials, posters and advertising catalogues for SatAgro service.

Requirements for tenderers:

  • The bidder should has been operating on the target market for at least 5 years.
  • The team responsible for the implementation of the advisory service should consist of at least two experts who should has a fluent English, and at least one expert should additional has a good Polish.
  • Consultation sessions should be held during the service implementation, with a total duration of no less than 30 hours.
  • During the implementation of the service, there should be at least 2 consultation meetings in Poland, each of which should last not less than 4 hours.
  • At the end of the service, the tenderer should preparation and then provide to the contracting authority an electronic document containing the main conclusions of the advice given.
